Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers

Job Description:
1. Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for home loans.
2. Maximize sales through a DSA/connector/builder channel/LAP and manage effective relationships to ensure strong business.
3. Maximize the number of APFs and increase penetration in the approved APF projects.
4. Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.
5. Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Smart MBA (Marketing/Sales) freshers also can apply.
2. Graduate with minimum 1 years of relevant sales experience in Retail housing finance.
3. Knowledge of loan documentation process.
4. Good communication and selling skills are must.
