Designation – Chief Managing Partner
Experience – 3 -5 and above (Insurance Agency Channel sales) Qualification – Graduation (Mandatory) CTC – 7.5 LPA + Incentives + Reimbursement The role of a Chief Managing Partner (Sales) at Kotak Life Insurance focuses on leading and expanding the agency network to drive sales.
Key responsibilities include:
Business Associate Recruitment and Development: Identifying, recruiting, and mentoring Business Associates (BAs) who will further build and manage their teams of insurance agents.
Sales Strategy and Execution: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational targets and ensure consistent business growth.
Performance Monitoring: Regularly assessing the performance of BAs and their agents, providing feedback, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Training and Capacity Building: Organizing comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and product knowledge of BAs and agents, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales objectives.
Motivation and Leadership: Fostering a motivating environment that encourages high performance, teamwork, and alignment with the company's vision and goals.
Customer Relationship Management: Ensuring superior customer service by addressing client needs promptly and maintaining long-term relationships.
