Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers

Customer Assistance:
Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences for new Nissan cars.
Provide detailed information about car specifications, variants, pricing, and features.
Assist customers in selecting the best car suited to their needs.

Test Drive Coordination:
Arrange and conduct test drives, ensuring customers have a positive experience.
Maintain the test drive car in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.

Dealer Coordination:
Act as a liaison between Nissan dealers and customers.
Coordinate with dealerships to streamline bookings, delivery timelines, and other customer inquiries.

Process Management:
Guide customers through the end-to-end car-buying journey, including financing options and documentation support.
Ensure timely updates to customers on delivery schedules and post-sales assistance.

What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Deep knowledge of car specifications, pricing, and customer preferences.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Prior experience in sales (experience with used car sales will be an advantage).
Valid driving license and comfort in driving different car models.
