Job Description:  

• Experience post qualification: 6- 8 Years  

• Team size handled: 2- 3 persons.  

• Working days: 6 days.  

• Work Timings: 10 to 6.30 

• Location: at Lower Parel.  

Job Profile:  
•Client Relationship Management:• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns with a high level of professionalism and courtesy. 

Personalized Service: Understand clients' needs and preferences to deliver customized solutions and ensure a superior client experience. 

Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events for clients, ensuring seamless execution. 

Problem Resolution: Handle client issues and complaints promptly, providing effective solutions and escalating matters when necessary. 

Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged. 

Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as managing client records, processing requests, and preparing reports. 

Service Enhancement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve client service and suggest enhancements to processes and procedures. 

Requirements and skills:  

• Proven experience as concierge; experience in customer service or relevant role is an advantage.  

• Proficiency in English; multilingual is strongly preferred.  

• Excellent communication skills  

• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience  

• Ability in multitasking and time-management  

• Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation.
