Client Relationship Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

• Understand client needs and ensure successful delivery of our solutions

• Handle client communications, feedback, and escalations effectively

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to ensure client success

• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services

• Prepare regular reports on client activity, satisfaction, and outcomes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities

• Comfortable using CRM tools and reporting software

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
