Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

CRM Auditing & Compliance:
• Regularly audit CRM data and ensure adherence to SOPs by the sales team.
• Identify CRM usage gaps and implement corrective measures.
• Provide structured feedback and recommendations for system improvements.
2. Leads & Customer Data Management:
• Maintain CRM lead & customer data hygiene, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Monitor lead flow, customer journey tracking, and conversion metrics.
• Assist in lead allocation to optimize sales performance.
3. Sales & Revenue Data Management & Reporting:
• Generate, analyze, and share daily, weekly & monthly sales reports with stakeholders.
• Maintain a structured sales & revenue tracking system.
• Extract actionable insights to improve sales conversion & revenue growth.
4. Training & Support:
• Train Sales Telecallers & Counsellors on CRM usage, SOPs, and lead management.
• Conduct regular CRM training sessions and refresher courses.
• Provide CRM troubleshooting support and ensure smooth operations.
5. Process Optimization & Documentation:
• Assist in refining and updating CRM-related SOPs.
• Document audit findings, CRM usage reports, and training outcomes.
