Job Summary
The Client Services Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, addressing concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth by delivering excellent service. They work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ensure client needs and expectations are met.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution
Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and service issues.
Provide prompt and effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Service Delivery Coordination
Work with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor service quality and suggest improvements.
Account Management & Retention
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.
Ensure contract renewals and maintain long-term business relationships.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
Track client feedback and prepare reports on client satisfaction.
Suggest improvements based on client insights and data analysis.
Market & Industry Knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client expectations.
Provide insights to improve service offerings.
