Enterprise Sales Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing large enterprise accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales skills and a deep understanding of B2B sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within enterprise accounts.

Account Management & Client Success

  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends to offer tailored solutions.

  • Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within enterprise accounts.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

  • Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing strategies, sales tactics, and market positioning.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in [industry-specific] B2B SaaS, IT, or technology solutions.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales strategies.

  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
