various support programs provided by pharmaceutical companies.
About the Role – Field Counsellor:
In this pivotal FIELD BASED role, you will be responsible for visiting hospitals and meeting patients
and caretakers:
 Patient Enrollment: Attending patients in the hospital or their relatives, and providing
them clear understanding about the enrolling process in our assistance programs.
 Eligibility and Documentation: Verifying patient eligibility, managing documentation, and
input the details into our CRM system.
 Follow-up: Monitoring patient satisfaction with the programs and ensuring they receive
the intended benefits.
 Audit Participation: Participating in audits conducted by pharma companies.
