Job Summary:

Leom International is seeking a dedicated and experienced Overseas Visa Counselor with expertise in work visas. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, providing accurate information, and assisting with documentation to ensure a smooth and successful application for work visas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with visa application processes for various countries, primarily focusing on work visas.

• Provide guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and deadlines for work visa applications.

• Ensure that clients' visa applications are complete and meet all necessary requirements.

• Communicate with embassies, consulates, and government bodies as needed to expedite visa processing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and track the progress of visa applications.

• Advise clients on visa options and requirements based on their specific needs and country of destination.

• Keep clients informed about the status of their applications, and follow up as necessary.

• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to the visa process.

• Stay updated with the latest rules, regulations, and policies related to work visas.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling work visa applications.

• Strong knowledge of international visa processes, specifically for work-related travel.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

• Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations related to work visas.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a visa consultancy or immigration agency.

• Familiarity with work visa policies for various countries like the US, Canada, Australia, UAE, etc.

• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
