- Explain and promote our products or services to interested individuals.
- To onboard new clients as well as maintain relationship with existing clients to their satisfaction & upselling.
- Identify and build active sales pipeline to work upon and convert them to achieve a quarterly / half yearly sales target.
- Work closely with cross functional teams and use collaborative problem-solving skills.
- Co-ordinate with Domestic & International clients
- Monitoring & Optimising Campaigns as per client requirements
- Delivering performance reports and analyzing data to develop short and long strategies based on growth in order to meet sales target, brand goals and improve performance
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives when necessary.
Qualifications:
Graduate any field
Minimum 5 year of experience in sales within the finance, insurance, or mutual fund sectors.
Strong understanding of financial products such as mutual funds, insurance policies, and investment strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
