Expedite Impex is looking for Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
A CRE is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with our existing customers.
This role involves providing excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction and finding creative solutions to customer problems.
Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email or chat in a timely and professional manner.
Build healthy relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Gathering customer feedback and making recommendations for improving customer service.
Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and outstanding payments follow ups.
Collaborating with other teams within the company to ensure that customer needs are met.
Required Skills:-
Experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions to customer problems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
A passion for delivering excellent customer service and strong followups.
Should be graduate- BA/B.Com/BBA or any other relevant stream.
