Job Summary:
As a Team Leader at an Angel One Franchise in JP Nagar, Bangalore, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to drive sales and client acquisition. Your key focus will be increasing Demat and trading account openings, developing strategies for business growth, and ensuring your team meets performance targets. You will play a crucial role in mentoring your team, enhancing customer engagement, and maximizing revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Performance Growth:
Lead, train, and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
Set sales targets and ensure the team achieves or exceeds monthly and quarterly goals.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular feedback.
Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions.
Sales & Client Acquisition:
Develop and implement strategies to increase Demat & trading account openings.
Support the team in identifying new leads, acquiring clients, and closing deals.
Ensure high conversion rates from lead generation to successful client on boarding.
Engage with High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) and retail investors for business growth.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive repeat business.
Assist clients in understanding Angel One’s brokerage services and investment opportunities.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
Market Analysis & Business Development:
Stay updated with market trends, stock trading strategies, and investment opportunities.
Identify and implement new business development strategies to expand the client base.
Work closely with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure the team follows SEBI regulations and Angel One’s compliance policies.
Maintain accurate records of team performance, client acquisitions, and sales progress.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business growth.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or stock brokerage.
Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets.
Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to motivate, train, and drive performance within a team.
