Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team, specializing in e-commerce operations, data management, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the e-commerce industry, and a passion for driving sales and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Support:
Assist customers with inquiries related to our products, services, and online platform.
Guide customers through the purchase process and help resolve issues or concerns.
Process and update customer orders, returns, and exchanges in the e-commerce system.
Provide accurate information about promotions, discounts, and product features.
Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify new leads through outbound calling, email outreach, and online research.
Engage with potential customers to introduce products/services and generate interest.
Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate information for follow-up.
Company Data Management:
Manage and organize customer and lead data within CRM tools and e-commerce platforms.
Perform regular data entry, clean-up, and ensure data integrity.
Provide insights or reports on customer behavior, sales trends, and lead conversion rates.
Sales Support:
Work closely with the sales team to provide customer insights and follow up on leads.
Track and report on sales targets, customer interactions, and lead conversion progress.
Customer Relationship Building:
Foster positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
Address customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Conduct follow-ups on customer orders, surveys, and feedback requests.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in telecalling or customer support roles, preferably in e-commerce.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with CRM software and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Alibaba, etc.).
Ability to manage and analyze customer data.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in lead generation and sales.
Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Previous experience in Teleperformance and Lead generation.
