We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily operations across multiple online sales channels. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth order processing, inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor, process, and fulfill orders from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify.
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely dispatch.
Track shipments and handle return/refund processes.
Manage stock levels across channels to avoid overselling/out-of-stock issues.
Update product listings (titles, images, pricing, descriptions).
Coordinate new product uploads with marketing/design teams.
Handle day-to-day tasks like catalog uploads, price revisions, promotions, and campaigns.
Work with account managers on marketplaces to increase visibility and rankings.
Monitor competitor listings and pricing strategies.
Respond to customer queries, messages, and reviews on various platforms.
Resolve complaints regarding order delays, product issues, or returns.
Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheet trackers for sales, returns, inventory, etc.
Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
Provide insights to improve product performance and reduce returns.
Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or similar platforms.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
