Key Responsibilities:
· Student Counseling: Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to help students understand their educational options, set academic goals, and make informed decisions about their academic and career paths.
· Admission Assistance: Assist students with the admission process for schools, colleges, universities, and professional courses. Guide them through application procedures, entrance exams, and documentation requirements.
· Test Preparation: Advise students on test preparation for standardized tests (e.g., SAT, GRE, TOEFL, IELTS) and recommend study resources and strategies.
· Educational Path Guidance: Help students explore educational options and programs that match their interests, strengths, and career aspirations. Recommend courses, universities, or training institutions.
· Career Counseling: Provide advice on career opportunities related to specific fields of study. Offer support for internships, work placements, and graduate employment opportunities.
· Workshops & Seminars: Organize workshops and seminars to educate students on the various aspects of education, scholarships, and career planning.
· Student Records Management: Maintain records of student interactions, preferences, progress, and follow-ups to ensure personalized counseling and tracking.
· Collaboration: Work closely with schools, universities, and other educational institutions to keep up-to-date with programs, courses, and scholarship opportunities.
· Marketing & Outreach: Promote educational programs, scholarships, and opportunities through various platforms (e.g., seminars, webinars, social media).
· Networking: Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, recruiters, and professionals in the industry to provide students with the best possible options.
