Field Sales Executive

Firstcry is looking for an Accounts Manager to manage and drive sales operations for Babyhug products across pharmacies, hospitals, and medical stores, with a key focus on FirstCry(FC) Box distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth and timely distribution of Babyhug FC Boxes at hospitals (Pediatric/Gynec) and maintain accurate records of distribution.

Build strong relationships with hospital staff, nursing teams, and key stakeholders to facilitate FC Box placements.

Manage and grow existing customer accounts — pharmacies, medical shops, and hospitals.

Achieve sales targets for primary & secondary sales in the assigned territory.

Drive new product launches, visibility, and promotion activities at customer locations.

Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy account receivables.

Generate new leads and expand the customer base through regular market visits.

Reporting to RM with daily updates and activity reports.
