Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers for financial products such as loans
Build strong relationships with clients and deliver consultative solutions based on their financial goals
Explain product features, benefits, and terms to clients clearly and confidently
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and market intelligence
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
2–5 years of experience in field sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to meet clients face-to-face
Manage on-ground sales efforts
Good understanding of financial products
