Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective leads from the provided database

Explain product/service features and benefits clearly to customers

Understand customer requirements and answer queries effectively

Convert leads into confirmed sales

Maintain records of calls and customer information

Follow up with interested prospects

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English

Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools (preferred)

Confident and goal-oriented

Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated

Experience in telecalling or telesales is a plus
