This is for our Wellness Product Client in Delhi.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads through both inbound and outbound activities.
• Handle customer inquiries, ensuring excellent communication both verbally and in writing.
• Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to promote retention and sales.
• Effectively manage the sales process from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
• Work closely with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales reports, track performance, and follow up with clients regularly.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their queries and offering the best possible solutions.
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize sales strategies and improve overall performance.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer handling experience and a proven track record in managing client relationships.
• A team player who can work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
• A stable work record and strong focus on achieving targets.
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in sales CRM tools is a plus.
• Must have a personal laptop for official use.
