We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in sales with a passion for achieving targets and building customer relationships.
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance.
Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
0-3 years of experience in sales (freshers are welcome).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection.
Basic computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
