• Responsible for regular follow up on leads, existing clients (active & dormant) (Target basis)
• Continuously meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to lead conversion, Sales / GBV (Target basis)
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations / demos of products and services offered.
• Data management to ensure 100% coverage
• Develop and maintain sales records of calls, sales, activations, pipeline, follow-up activities, etc.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
• Track key parameters to monitor client’s growth.
• Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
• Manage the operational activities related to the client, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
• Understand where opportunities are and create a viable business to service them.
• Ability to Interact with Senior Executives and CXO / Leads Level.
• To Sell through phone, deal closure and Client servicing.
• Responsible for responding to guest emails and feedback as per the agreed TATs.
• Responsible to support day to day queries with the highest level of customer service via telephone and email.
• Responsible to ensure highest level of Telephone and Email Etiquettes.
• Responsible for working closely with internal teams and departments to resolve customer issues as per the defined TAT.
• Responsible to assist team leaders / manager’s with development, process improvement,analysis and implementation of effective methods to improve the quality and efficiency.
• Ensure sales team complies with company policies, procedures and business ethics codes • Responsible for identifying clients' needs and suggesting suitable travel options.
