  • Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
  • Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities.
• Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques. Qualify leads and convert them into sales.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and sales approaches.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and prepare reports on sales metrics, marketing effectiveness, and customer feedback. Provide recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as product development and customer service, to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and overall business objectives.
• Event Management: Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential customers
