Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers

Manage and respond to inbound leads from various digital channels
Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to drive engagement and conversion.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assign them to the sales team.
Maintain a structured follow-up process to maximize conversion rates.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements.
