Responsibilities:

• Identify potential students through online and offline channels.

• Cold calling and follow-ups with leads generated from marketing campaigns.

• Explain the benefits of courses and guide leads toward admissions.

• Maintain and update the lead database.

• Work closely with the admission team to improve conversions.

• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0-2 years of experience in telemarketing or lead generation.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
