We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals to join our team as Home Loan Executives in a Field Sales capacity. As a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and promoting our home loan products. Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers for home loans.

  • Actively approach individuals, families, and businesses to explain home loan offerings and benefits.

  • Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders to generate leads.

• Customer Interaction:

  • Meet with potential clients face-to-face to understand their home loan requirements.

  • Assist customers in selecting the right home loan products based on their financial needs.

  • Provide guidance on loan application procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation, and interest rates.

• Documentation and Application Process:

  • Assist clients in completing loan application forms and gathering the necessary documents.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure that they have submitted all required paperwork.

• Market Research:

  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.

• Customer Support:

  • Provide ongoing support and communication to customers during the loan approval process.

  • Ensure timely and accurate communication to customers regarding loan status and approvals.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:

  • A graduate in any stream (B.A., B.Com, BBA, etc.)

• Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Ability to interact with customers and build relationships.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Basic knowledge of the home loan industry is a plus.
