Job Summary:
The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, engaging with potential clients, and scheduling site visits. The role requires excellent communication skills, customer handling, and coordination between the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management:
o Handle and respond to inbound inquiries from various marketing channels.
o Make outbound calls to potential leads to generate interest.
o Qualify leads and categorize them based on interest and buying potential.
2. Customer Engagement:
o Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property details.
o Educate customers about the project, pricing, offers, and benefits.
o Build rapport with potential buyers to nurture leads for future sales.
3. Appointment Scheduling:
o Coordinate and schedule site visits for potential buyers.
o Ensure seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
o Follow up with customers for site visits.
4. CRM & Reporting:
o Update lead status in the CRM system regularly.
o Maintain a database of leads.
o Work closely with the sales team to track conversion rates and improve processes.
Key Skills & Requirements:
✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
✔ Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
✔ Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
✔ Goal-oriented and self-motivated to achieve sales targets.
✔ Multilingual abilities (preferred, but not mandatory).
