PRODUCT MANAGER

We are hiring a proactive and results-driven PRODUCT MANAGER for Bocxy Glam Private Limited in Chennai at T.Nagar. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• WE NEED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE PRODUCT AND SALES MANAGER ITS IMMIDIATE HIRING

  • Devising a comprehensive product strategy plan in alignment with a company's goals and long-term objectives.

  • Conducting extensive market analysis to understand current trends, user pain points, and needs, competitors' offerings and market opportunities.

  • Identifying unique selling points (USP) for the product to differentiate it from its competitors.

  • Communicating the product's vision to the product owner through the vision statement, product roadmap, user research and insights.

  • Collaborating with multiple teams including sales, marketing, IT and design, to oversee the product development process from initiation until delivery.

  • Coordinating with product owners to stay updated on project progress, potential risks or challenges, resource allocation, budgets and timelines.

  • Assisting in product pricing by considering factors such as market trends, value proposition, competitive pricing and customers' willingness to pay.

  • Overseeing product sales, reception and key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement.

  • Gathering feedback from clients and customers and incorporating them into the product as part of the continuous improvement process.
