Responsibilities :
• Conduct research and identify potential clients or leads within the target market .
• Utilize various methods, including cold calling, to reach out to potential clients and introduce our products and services.
• Prioritize which appointments take priority over others to maximize revenue.
• Engage potential clients in effective and persuasive conversations to generate interest and qualify them as potential opportunities.
• Communicate product / service features and benefits clearly and concisely to potential clients.
• Secure appointments on a daily basis for our sales team to meet with potential clients for further discussions or presentations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align appointment schedules and provide necessary information to facilitate successful meetings.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Complete required call sheets at the end of each day.
• Engage with decision-makers and build relationships, understanding their requirements.
