Profile - Residential sales / Resale / HNI sales / Direct sales
Location - Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata
Role & Responsibilities
1. Selling residential projects2. Convincing prospective clients that your organization is the right one to meet up their requirement.
3. Manage your client base through excellent follow up on leads for existing and new clients
4. Sending out details of new properties on the market to people in your database
5. Maintaining good relationships with booked clients & getting referral leads.
6. Cold calling, following up with the lead provided in CRM, direct phone calls, arranging for site visits.
7. Working actively on the scheduled appointments and showing buyers around a property
8. Providing guidance to buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
9. Determining clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
10. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
11. Generate revenues
Desired Candidate Profile
Good Communication and Convincing Skills Problem solving skills.
Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team.
An ambitious self-starter with excellent follow-through skills to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
