Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, career sites)
Actively source candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking
Screen and assess candidates through phone interviews, assessments, and in-person meetings
Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams
Facilitate the offer and negotiation process
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Track and report key recruitment metrics and hiring status
