Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relationship Officer/Relationship Manager to join our team in the Home Loan division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels including direct sourcing, referrals, and partnerships.

• Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide appropriate loan solutions.

• Explain product features, benefits, and processes to prospective customers.

• Ensure complete and accurate documentation for loan applications.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within specified timelines.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries effectively.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline (Finance, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).

• 1 to 4 years of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, or related financial products.

• Strong knowledge of home loan products, processes, and regulatory guidelines.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
