Role : Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and acquire new customers for dealership businesses, including commercial vehicles, new cars, and used cars. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and personalised services.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Collaboration with Dealerships: Work closely with automobile dealerships to promote products and services. Provide guidance, training, and support to dealers on loan products and sales techniques.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing timely solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and threats.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics. Prepare regular reports for management review.
