Job Description & Summary

A career in Valuation, will provide you with the opportunity to explore and understand a wide range of business structures and markets helping Corporates and PSU’s. We focus on versatile areas, such as acquisition and liquidation valuation to provide loan securitization and due diligence exercises for various banks and NBFCs.

Activities to be performed

·         Doing site visits and identifying properties under valuation (such as Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional and Heritage structures) for various purpose of valuation

·         Drafting and preparation of valuation reports

·         Collect and verify information pertaining to the valuation project with minimum supervision∙

·         Use comparable properties to compute weightage calculations

·         Obtain training on the relevant databases, acquire knowledge required to use the databases efficiently

·         Organize research findings into meaningful deliverables

·         Communicate and work with in-country Valuer’s

·         Should be self motivate and ready to learn new things which can value add to company

Education/qualifications

·         Graduation - B.E. /B.Tech – Civil/ Mechanical

·         Post-Graduation - PGDM/M.Tech./M. Valuation from a premier institute (optional will be an added advantage)

·         Experience - 0-2 Year

Required Skills

Proficiency in MS-Office applications, especially MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS PowerPoint. 

Desired Languages 

Hindi, English and any one vernacular language

Travel Requirements

Should be willing to travel throughout Country on necessity basis

Preferred Joining time

 Immediate/30 days
