We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Coordinator / Executive to join our team for Aswini Homeo & Ayurvedic Products Private in Hyderabad at our Moosapet location. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional Sales support, and addressing queries and concerns related to FMCG. The role offers ₹25000 - ₹30000 and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Sales Team calls in a professional and efficient manner.
Address Sales team concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of Sales interactions and follow-ups.
Monitor and analyze sales data and provide timely and relevant information to HOD to resolve their issues.
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Generate reports for specific business queries and scenarios as needed.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have 2-6 years of experience in Sales Coordinator/ Business Analyst role and should be proficient in Telugu, Hindi. You will be responsible for resolving Sales Team complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires Graduate, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
