Job Description: Sales Coordinator
Position Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator at Bajaj Processpack Limited, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations.

We are a global industry leader with expertise in setting up turnkey projects that handle, process, and add value to a wide range of food products, including fruits, vegetables, milk & dairy, rice, and grains, across the entire farm-to-fork supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in daily operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing sales presentations and proposals.
Track sales activities, monitor progress against targets, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Handle customer inquiries, providing product information and follow-up support with the technical support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure closure of sales lead into Orders with collaborative efforts with field sales and Technical Support team.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring that all customer interactions are logged and tracked.
Foster strong relationships with key clients by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing customers.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the food processing industry.
Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to support the sales team in strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, campaigns, and promotional strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in an engineering or a manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in CRM software and Google Business Suite .
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail and Systematic approach to work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
