We are hiring a Sales Co-ordinator for Confidence Petroleum India Limited in Nagpur at Ramdas Peth. Key Responsibilities:

v Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

v Link between Sales Team, Dealers & Head office

v MIS updation & reporting promptly, MS. Excel proficiency

v Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

v Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports

v Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

v Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems

v Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

v Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

v Ensure adherence to laws and policies

v Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

v Region wise regular follow up

v Employee coordination

v Dealer coordination

v DO release coordination

v Attendance procurement region-wise

v All types of employee, dealer, DO grievance solving

v Payment processing

v Party cancellation request processing.

Management related/operation related issues resolution

Job Requirements:

Candidates with Graduate and 1-2 years of relevant experience in field Sales .
