Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support & Coordination:

   • Assist the sales team in handling customer inquiries, quotes, and proposals.

   • Coordinate between clients, designers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

   • Prepare and maintain sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.

2. Client Relationship Management:

   • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates on projects and orders.

   • Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with potential and existing clients.

   • Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

3. Project & Order Management:

   • Track project timelines, material deliveries, and order statuses.

   • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.

   • Ensure accurate invoicing and payment follow-ups.

4. Marketing & Business Development Support:

   • Assist in creating presentations, brochures, and promotional materials.

   • Support in marketing campaigns, social media management, and showroom coordination.

   • Gather market insights and competitor analysis to enhance sales strategies.

5. Administrative & Reporting Duties:

   • Maintain accurate records of sales data, leads, and project progress.

   • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

   • Handle general administrative tasks related to sales operations.
