Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and persuasively.

• Coordinate with clients, understand their requirements, and manage sales inquiries.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions.

• Assist in order processing, follow-ups, and ensuring timely delivery.

• Engage with potential customers through B2B portals to expand business opportunities.

• Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.

• Ensure prompt responses to customer queries and provide necessary assistance.

• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass.

• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in Telesales or a similar sales role.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English.

• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients and handle customer interactions efficiently.

• Sales Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales coordination and customer handling.

• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with B2B portals is an added advantage.

• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on pending queries.

• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to persuade and negotiate with clients effectively.

• Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹16,000 + Attractive Incentives
