Shall be responsible for Handling customers through Phone calls/ Email/ WhatsApp.
2. Shall be responsible for achieving sales targets of the organization on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
3. Shall be responsible for converting inquiry into order in a positive manner.
4. Shall be responsible for properly handling inquiry.
5. Shall be responsible for generating leads for new clients.
6. Shall be responsible for retaining clients & keeping them active on monthly basis.
7. Shall be responsible for resolving client’s complaints regarding sales and service.
8. Shall be responsible for preparing sales PI/ quotation and getting verified and approved from Sales Head.
9. Shall be responsible for share PI or order to purchase department for product planning.
10. Shall be responsible for Follow up for the planning product status/ designing from purchase department and share to the clients for update or approval.
11. Shall be responsible for Third party product designing follow-up from purchase and confirmation from client.
12. Shall be responsible for follow-up with existing dealers & looking for new dealers’ enrolment.
13. Shall be responsible for Making new customers and manage their KYC/ Documents.
14. Shall be responsible for collection of outstanding from the dealers as per company norms.
15. Shall be responsible for keeping the update of dealer visit periodically.
16. Shall be responsible for Solving the customer’s quarries and give them proper guidance.
17. Shall be responsible for Providing good customer services.
18. Shall be responsible for Handling the activities of product promotion.
19. Shall be responsible for Solving the problems regarding rate/ delivery related issues.
20. Shall be responsible for Handling the payment recovery activities.
21. Shall be responsible for keeping the update of dealer visit periodically.
22. Shall be responsible for assisting with any additional tasks as assigned by the Company.
