Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, updating sales databases, and coordinating sales meetings and appointments.

2. Sales Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data, including sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and sales performance metrics.

3. Order Processing: Coordinate the order processing cycle, including processing sales orders, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of products/services.

4. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Sales Reporting: Prepare and distribute sales reports, including sales performance reports, pipeline reports, and sales forecasts.

6. Sales Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.

7. Trade Shows and Events: Coordinate trade show and event logistics, including registration, travel arrangements, and promotional materials.

8. Sales Tools and Resources: Maintain and update sales tools and resources, including sales brochures, product sheets, and sales presentations.
