Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Proactively make calls to customers and tenants to promote the referral program and explain its benefits.
Lead Conversion: Convince customers to participate in the referral program and convert potential leads into active referrers.
Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with customers to ensure participation and encourage repeated referrals.
Incentive Communication: Clearly explain the rewards and benefits associated with the referral program to participants.
Data Recording: Maintain accurate records of call interactions, leads, and conversions in the system.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback during calls to improve communication strategies and identify potential areas for program improvement.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport over calls.
Results-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Good listening and problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns effectively.
Basic data entry and record-keeping skills.
Multilingual ability is a plus (depending on the target audience).
Experience:
● 1+ years of experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
● Familiarity with CRM tools and call management systems is advantageous.
