Job Description:

1. Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for home loans.

2. Maximize sales through a builder channel and manage effective relationships to ensure strong business.

3. Align with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.

4. Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.

Desired Candidate Profile: 

1. MBA fresher candidates with Home Loan & sales knowledge.

2. Min 6 months home loan sales experience for graduate candidates.

Criteria: 

•  Age : 21 Year to 32 Year

• Qualification : Graduate / MBA (Marketing/Sales)

• Fresher CTC : 2.00 - 3.00 LPA max

• Experience CTC : 2.50 LPA -  3.39 LPA

• Experience : 1 year Min exp in HL/ Fresher with MBA Marketing & Sales
