Job Description: Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team in managing client accounts, including order processing, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding order updates, queries, and complaints.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
3. Order Management:
- Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and shipping documents.
- Track and monitor inventory levels to meet client demands.
4. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to support the sales strategy.
5. Sales Reporting:
- Compile and analyze sales data to prepare regular reports for management.
- Assist in forecasting and budgeting for sales operations.
6. Team Coordination:
- Liaise between sales, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, presentations, and client visits.
7. Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure all sales processes comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and contracts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales coordination role, preferably in the iron and steel industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing and trading processes in the iron and steel sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of regional and global iron and steel market trends.
