Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate sales activities, and act as a bridge between the sales team, clients, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant informationRespond to customer queries, follow up on orders, and ensure timely deliveriesPrepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoicesMaintain and update sales and customer records in the CRMHandle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailableLiaise with logistics, warehouse, and accounts team to ensure smooth order processingAssist in preparing regular sales reports and presentationsSupport the sales team in achieving targets by ensuring efficient internal coordination
