Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

1. Telecalling:
o Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers/clients.
o Provide information about products/services and address queries.
o Follow up with potential leads and maintain customer engagement.
o Record customer interactions and feedback accurately.
2. Backend Support:
o Maintain and update customer databases and records.
o Assist in preparing reports, data entry, and documentation.
o Coordinate with different teams for smooth workflow.
o Handle email correspondence and process customer requests.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Good communication skills in [Marathi / Hindi]. Should understand English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools & Tally preferred).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
