Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team, focusing on polymers and composite products, specifically FRP, GRP, and cable tray materials. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for FRP, GRP, and cable tray products, as well as other polymers and composite materials
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits to showcase our products and capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective delivery of sales strategies
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing their questions and concerns about our products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and business expansion
Requirements
- Any graduation degree (B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc./B.Com.)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the polymers and composites industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong technical knowledge of FRP, GRP, and cable tray products, as well as other polymers and composite materials
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
