- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and care instructions.
3. Store Presentation:
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist with visual merchandising and display updates to enhance the customer experience.
4. Inventory Management:
- Assist with stock management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or stock issues to the Store Manager.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
6. Administrative Duties:
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Complete sales reports and other administrative tasks as required.
