1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for surgical products in assigned territory.
Develop and execute a territory-wise sales strategy to maximize product reach and revenue.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders including hospital purchase managers, doctors, surgeons, and administrative staff.
Conduct regular follow-ups and provide timely support for queries, orders, and after-sales service.
3. Product Promotion & Demonstration
Educate healthcare professionals on product features, advantages, and usage protocols through detailed product presentations and demos.
Stay updated with product portfolio knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
4. Territory Management
Map and analyze potential hospitals, competitors, and influencers in the assigned region.
Maintain a customer database, visit planner, and call reports for daily activity tracking.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for timely product delivery and order fulfillment.
Submit weekly/monthly sales reports, market feedback, and competitor activity to the Sales Manager.
6. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all activities comply with regulatory norms, ethical sales practices, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, billing, and documentation.
