CRM Training Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a CRM Training Executive to develop and deliver training programs that enhance the effective use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will design and conduct training sessions, create user-friendly learning materials, and ensure employees across departments maximize the CRM system’s capabilities to drive business efficiency and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
Design and implement CRM training programs for new and existing employees.
Conduct interactive workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Develop user guides, training manuals, video tutorials, and FAQs.
Continuously update training materials based on system upgrades and business needs.
System Adoption & Support:
Ensure smooth on boarding and adoption of the CRM system across teams.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and refresher training as needed.
Address user concerns and recommend solutions to optimize CRM usage.
Work closely with IT and CRM administrators to ensure training aligns with system configurations.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
Partner with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify CRM training needs.
Gather feedback from users to improve training effectiveness.
Assist in defining CRM best practices and workflows.
Stay updated on CRM trends and recommend improvements.
